About Luminori University™
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
LU welcomes all students to join its educational environment. The requirements set for students are specifically designed to ensure the quality of our academic atmosphere, the safety of our environment, and that each enrolling student will benefit from our education.
As such, below are listed our minimum requirements:
- Fill out and sign an enrollment contract.
- Provide an official pictured ID or Driver License, Social Security number (except for international students) and high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Pay the down payment as agreed to in your enrollment contract and the fee for Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) registration fee.
- Have legal status or be a citizen in the United States of America.
- Be 18 years of age or over.
- Have an understanding of the English language verbal & written.
- Follow the school Rules and Regulations.
- Be dedicated to completing the course of study.
- Maintain strong attendance.
- Take and pass the Texas licensing examination upon graduation.
Admission Procedure
Ready to take the next step toward your future at Luminori™ University? Follow these steps to apply for one of our licensing programs:
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Online and attach it to your admissions package.
Step 2: Provide Required Documents
Include a copy of your high school diploma, transcripts, equivalency certificate, home-school documentation, or college transcripts.
Please also attach a copy of your government-issued photo ID.
Note: If your diploma or transcripts are from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to have them officially translated and evaluated by a recognized agency as part of the admissions process.
Step 3: Attach Your Personal Essay
Your essay should highlight your accomplishments, your motivation for pursuing this new field of study, and your career goals.
Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $75 is required before your application will be processed.
Applications submitted during the Late Enrollment window will incur an additional $50 charge.
Step 5: Complete a Personal Interview
Once your application and all supporting documents have been reviewed and approved, you will be invited to participate in a personal interview with our Admissions Team to be considered for enrollment.
